St. Louis Regional Night Out

Maplewood PatchSt. Louis Regional Night Out: Communities across St. Louis Will Celebrate Together

Join Your Neighbors at a Block Party!

On Tuesday, October 1, 2019, neighborhoods throughout the City of Maplewood are invited to join forces with communities regionwide for "St. Louis Regional Night Out" to bring neighbors together to make their communities safer.

St. Louis Regional Night Out block parties create an opportunity for neighbors to get to know each other more closely. One of the most effective crime deterrents is to have neighbors looking out for one another.

Contact Lt. Michael Martin at 646-3617 for information about this event. This event is held annually on the first Tuesday of October.

This evening is designed to:

(1) Heighten crime and drug prevention awareness.

(2) Generate support for, and participation in, local anticrime efforts.

(3) Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships.

(4) Send a message to criminals letting them know neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.

Annual Regional Night Out T-Shirt Competition

It’s time to channel your creative side!  The Maplewood Police Department is hosting its annual resident t-shirt contest for St. Louis Regional Night Out. The winning entry will receive free sno-cones from Tikiz Shaved Ice for their entire block.
