Safety measures, following guidelines from St. Louis County Department of Public Health, have been put in place for the event. We need you to do your part and follow the established guidelines for participation.
Please read thoroughly before purchasing a ticket.
Two sessions to choose from:
- Morning Wake-up Call
8:30 AM to 12:30 PM
- Afternoon Buzz Session
1 PM to 5 PM
Tickets are limited and must be purchased in advance. Tickets will not be sold day of the event.
- Tickets are limited to 250 per session.
- Ticket sales will end Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 5 PM. Tickets will NOT be sold on the day of the event.

- Cost of a ticket is $11 per session.
Ticket Pickup and Check-in:
Check-in times will be assigned based on when you purchase your ticket. Details regarding check-in will be emailed to ticket holders on March 19, 2021.
Morning Session check-in times:
8:00 – 8:30 AM
8:40 – 9:10 AM
9:20 – 9:50 AM
Afternoon Session check-in times:
12:30 – 1:00 PM
1:10 – 1:40 PM
1:50 –2:20 PM
How does the crawl work?
This is a self-guided tour but check-in is required. Ticket holders will need to check-in on the day of the event to receive their Coffee Crawl Pass. Specifics for check-in will be emailed to you on March 19, 2021.
A specific route will be established, per safety guidelines. The route and stop locations are listed on the pass.
There are at least 8 destinations and some destinations.
We know fido won't like this answer but we don't recommend bringing your dog. Dogs are not permitted into shops or restaurants so this could prove problematic in navigating the event. Leave your dog at home but pick-up a treat for them at Airedale Antics and they will be very happy to see you when you come home.
Face masks are required inside Maplewood establishments, during check-in and outside when social distancing is not possible.
Once you receive your coffee sample please step outside the establishment to enjoy.
Comply with any additional guidelines established by participating Maplewood businesses.
If you are experiencing any of the following DO NOT attend the event.

- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Muscle or body aches
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking in Historic Downtown Maplewood is free. Look for Event Parking signs and parking on-street. Please do not park in privately owned lots that are not designated Free Event Parking.
You can take the Metro Link to the Maplewood-Manchester station and walk east to the event check-in OR transfer to the eastbound #31 bus to the Manchester/Southwest stop.

Participating businesses and addresses will be listed on the back of your pass The distance between the first destination and the last destination on the crawl is about 1/4 of a mile.

What's the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
We can scan your Tix.com receipt directly from your phone or you may bring a printed receipt.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

What about the weather?
This is a rain or shine or snow event. In the event of severe weather, we will reschedule the event. You will be notified via email if such an event occurs.
